1. Scope of Advisory
Jaguar Tax Advisory provides technical tax structuring and compliance oversight. We do not provide investment or specific legal advice outside the scope of technical tax law and jurisdictional reporting.
2. Engagement of Services
Standard advisory engagements are confirmed via explicit Letter of Engagement (LoE), detailing the structural scope, jurisdiction (US/UK), and performance targets agreed upon by the client.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for the absolute accuracy and transparency of the financial data provided. We provide the structural shield, but you provide the data integrity.
